【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoverstheuseofdynamicmechanicalinstrumentationforgatheringandreportingthevisco-elasticpropertiesofthermoplasticandthermosettingresinsandcompositesystemsintheformofrectangularbarsmoldeddirectlyorcutfromsheets,plates,ormoldedshapes.Thedatagenerated,usingthree-pointbendingtechniques,maybeusedtoidentifythethermomechanicalpropertiesofaplasticsmaterialorcompositionusingavarietyofdynamicmechanicalinstruments.Thistestmethodisintendedtoprovidemeansfordeterminingthemodulusasafunctionoftemperatureforawidevarietyofplasticsmaterialsusingnonresonantforced-vibrationtechniques,inaccordancewithPracticeD4065.Plotsoftheelastic(storage);loss(viscous);andcomplexmoduliandtandeltaasafunctionoffrequency,time,ortemperatureareindicativeofsignificanttransitionsinthethermomechanicalperformanceofthepolymericmaterialsystem.Thistestmethodisvalidforawiderangeoffrequencies,typicallyfrom0.01to100Hz.Apparentdiscrepanciesmayariseinresultsobtainedunderdifferingexperimentalconditions.Theseapparentdifferencesfromresultsobservedinanotherstudycanusuallybereconciled,withoutchangingtheobserveddata,byreportinginfull(asdescribedinthistestmethod)theconditionsunderwhichthedatawereobtained.Duetopossibleinstrumentationcompliance,thedatageneratedareintendedtoindicaterelativeandnotnecessarilyabsolutepropertyvalues.Testdataobtainedbythistestmethodarerelevantandappropriateforuseinengineeringdesign.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note1-ThereisnosimilarorequivalentISOstandard.
