【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttothefollowingmachineryforgrindingandprocessingofflourandsemolina,asdefinedinClause3:rollermills,plansiftersandrotaryseparators,airclassifiers,rotatingmachinesandimpactmachines.Themachinesinthescopearestationery(notintendedtobemovedwheninoperation),haveacapacityofatleast100kg/h,andareintendedforuseininstallationsforgrainprocessing,suchasflourmills,semolinamills,graincleaningandflakingplants.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesignificanthazardsduringcommissioning,operation,cleaningandmaintenanceofthemachinesinthescopewhentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicableto:-machinesintendedforhouseholduseorlaboratoryuse;-stonemills;-auxiliaryequipmentforconveying,weightingandbagging(withoutchangingthecharacteristicsoftheproducts).ThisEuropeanStandardisnotdealingwiththefollowing:-hazardsrelatedtodecommissioning;-thehazardsoftheinstallationsintowhichthemachinesareincorporatedotherthanthosedirectlyrelatedtothemachinesinthescope(e.g.startoftheinstallation,disconnectionofenergysupply,needfromanemergencystopdevice);-hazardsduetotheuseofthemachineryinapotentiallyexplosiveatmosphere(whenproducingthisstandardithasbeenassumedthatthemachineryinthescope,ifdesignedandusedinaccordancewiththisEuropeanStandard,isnotcreatingitselfahazardousatmospherewhollyofpartlysurroundingit).ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomachinesforgrindingandprocessingofflourandsemolinawhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.
