【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesahigh-performanceliquidchromatographic(HPLC)methodforthedeterminationofthecarbadoxcontentinpremixturesandanimalfeedingstuffs.Themethodisapplicabletoanimalfeedingstuffswithamassfractionofcarbadoxof0,5mg/kg(limitofquantification)to100mg/kg,andtopremixtureswithamassfractionofcarbadoxupto10%.Thelowerlimitofdetectionis0,1mg/kg.NOTE1Foranimalfeedingstuffsthemassfractionofcarbadoxisexpressedinmilligramsperkilogram,andforpremixturesasapercentagebymass.NOTE2Carbadoxisachemotherapeuticumbelongingtothequinoxalinegroup.Carbadoxisusedasagrowth-promotingfeedadditiveforpiglets.
