【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isapplicableexceptasfollows:1Replacement:Thisstandarddealswiththesafetyofpedestriancontrolledbatterypoweredelectricalcylinderorrotarylawnmowersdesignedprimarilyforuseatandaroundthehomeorforsimilarpurposes,theratedvoltageofthebatterybeingnotmorethan42Vd.c.Thisstandardisnotapplicabletolawntrimmers,lawnedgetrimmers,lawnedgers,flailmowers,scrubcutters,sickle-barmowers,oragriculturalmowers.Thisstandardisnotapplicabletorotarymowersforwhichthecuttingmeansisagenerallycircularcentraldriveunitonwhichismounted,eitheroneormorenon-metallicfilamentsoroneormorenon-metallic,pivotallymountedcuttingelements.Thesecuttingelementsrelyoncentrifugalforcetoachievecutting,withthekineticenergyofasinglecuttingelementnotexceeding10joules.Thisstandarddoesnotingeneraltakeintoaccount:—theuseofappliancesbyyoungchildrenorinfirmpersonswithoutsupervision;—playingwiththeappliancebyyoungchildren.Batterychargers,includingthoseincorporatedintotheappliance,arecoveredbyEN60335-2-29.
