【摘要】:1ISO12944dealswiththecorrosionprotectionofsteelstructuresbyprotectivepaintsystems.2ISO12944coversonlythecorrosion-protectivefunctionofpaintsystems.Otherprotectivefunctions,liketheprotectionagainst:—microorganisms(marinefouling,bacteria,fungi,etc.),—chemicals(acids,alkalis,organicsolvents,gases,etc.),—mechanicalaction(abrasion,etc.)and—firearenotcoveredbyISO12944.3Thefieldofapplicationischaracterizedby:—thetypeofstructure,—thetypeofsurfaceandsurfacepreparation,—thetypeofenvironment,—thetypeofprotectivepaintsystem,—thetypeofworkand—thedurabilityoftheprotectivepaintsystem.AlthoughISO12944doesnotcoveralltypesofstructure,surfaceandsurfacepreparation,itmay,byagreement,alsobeappliedtothosecaseswhicharenotcoveredbythestandard.Thevariousaspectsofthefieldofapplicationaredescribedinmoredetailin1.3.1to1.3.6.3.1TypeofstructureISO12944concernsstructuresmadeofcarbonorlow-alloysteel(e.g.inaccordancewithEN10025)ofnotlessthan3mmthickness,whicharedesignedusinganapprovedstrengthcalculation.NotcoveredbyISO12944areconcretestructuresreinforcedwithsteel.3.2TypeofsurfaceandsurfacepreparationISO12944dealswiththefollowingtypesofsurfaceconsistingofcarbonorlow-alloysteel,andtheirpreparation:—uncoatedsurfaces;—surfacesthermallysprayedwithzinc,aluminiumortheiralloys;—hot-dip-galvanizedsurfaces;—zinc-electroplatedsurfaces;—sherardizedsurfaces;—surfacespaintedwithprefabricationprimer;—otherpaintedsurfaces.3.3TypeofenvironmentISO12944dealswith:—sixcorrosivitycategoriesforatmosphericenvironments,—threecategoriesforstructuresimmersedinwaterorburiedinsoil.3.4TypeofprotectivepaintsystemISO12944coversarangeofpaintproductswhichdryorcureatambientconditions.NotcoveredbyISO12944are:—powdercoatingmaterials,—stovingenamels,—heat-curedpaints,—coatingsofmorethan2mmdry-filmthickness,—liningsoftanks,—productsforthechemicaltreatmentofsurfaces(e.g.phosphatingsolutions).3.5TypeofworkISO12944coversbothnewworkandmaintenance.3.6DurabilityoftheprotectivepaintsystemISO12944considersthreedifferentdurabilityranges(low,mediumandhigh).See3.5andclause4.Thedurabilityrangeisnota"guaranteetime".
