【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsandassociatedtestmethodsapplicabletoductileironfittingsandtheirjointstobeusedwithpoly(vinylchloride)(PVC-U)pipesorpolyethylene(PE)pipes,inconformitywithEN1452-1to7andprEN12201-1to7respectively,fortheconstructionofpipelines:—toconveywater(e.g.potablewater);—withorwithoutpressure;—tobeinstalledbeloworaboveground,insideoroutsidebuildings.Thisstandardisnotintendedtocoversewerageapplications,whereadditionalrequirementsmaybenecessary.Thisstandardspecifiesrequirementsformaterials,dimensionsandtolerances,mechanicalpropertiesandstandardcoatingsofductileironfittings.Italsogivesperformancerequirementsforallcomponents,includingrestrainedandnon-restrainedflexiblejoints.Thisstandardcoversfittingscastbyanytypeoffoundryprocessormanufacturedbyfabricationofcastcomponents,aswellascorrespondingjoints,inasizerangeextendingfromDN40toDN700,tobeusedwithpipesofexternaldiameterfrom40mmto710mm.Thisstandardappliestofittingswhichare:—manufacturedwithsocketedends(forpush-inormechanicaljoints),flangedendsand/orspigotendsforjointingbymeansofvarioustypesofgasketswhicharenotwithinthescopeofthisstandard;—normallydeliveredexternallyandinternallycoated;—suitableforPEandPVC-Upipeswithfluidtemperaturesbetween0℃and25℃,excludingfrost,andforpressuresupto16bar(PFA).Forhighertemperatures(upto45℃forPVC-Uor40℃forPE),thePFAisderatedasgiveninEN1452andprEN12201.ThisstandarddoesnotcoverductileironfittingsintendedtobeusedwithdifferentpipematerialsotherthanPVC-UandPE.NOTE1TemperaturelimitationsandpressurelimitationsarethosecomingfromthePVC-UorPEpipes.NOTE2Inthisstandard,allpressuresarerelativegaugepressures,expressedinbars(100kPa=1bar).
